1. Plans and Pricing
Zodiia offers several subscription plans whose details and current pricing are available on the Pricing page of the website. Prices are shown in euros including tax. Discounts may be applied to annual subscriptions.
2. Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No banking data is stored on our servers.
3. Subscription and Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or annual). The user can cancel their subscription at any time through their customer portal (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. By subscribing, the user agrees to waive their right of withdrawal for the current period.
5. Refund
In case of a verified technical issue preventing access to paid services, a refund may be granted upon request to contact@zodiia.fr.
